Students in grades 2 - 5 are now starting their physical fitness testing by participating in the FitnessGram test. All students will measure their:
- flexibility - by participating in the Sit & Reach and Shoulder Stretch tests
- muscular strength and endurance - by participating in the Push Up and Curl Up tests
- aerobic capacity - by participating in the Pacer test
- trunk extensor strength and flexibility - by participating in the Trunk Lift test
